30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you purchase your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

New or sealed items must remain unopened, with all seals, tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.

If the condition of the item has changed, we cannot guarantee a full refund and may offer a partial refund or reject the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Return Postage Costs

If the device has an unexpected issue or fault:

Where the device has an unexpected issue or fault that was not disclosed or reasonably expected at the time of purchase, vendi will cover the reasonable cost of returning the device.

We may provide you with a prepaid return label. Alternatively, if agreed with us in advance, you may use Royal Mail Special Delivery and pay for the postage yourself. The agreed postage cost will be reimbursed once the item has been received and verified.

If you have changed your mind or no longer want the device:

If you are returning the device because you have changed your mind, no longer want or need the device, ordered the wrong item, or for another reason unrelated to an unexpected issue or fault with the device, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Return postage costs in these circumstances will not be reimbursed by vendi.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can confirm the appropriate return process.

Shipping Responsibility & Liability

Whether you use your own chosen carrier or a return label provided by us, the return shipment remains your responsibility until it is successfully delivered to us.

We are not liable for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit. Liability for the shipment rests with the carrier used for the return.

If an item is lost or damaged during return shipping, we are happy to assist with submitting a claim to the carrier where possible, but we cannot issue a refund unless the item is received by us and successfully verified.

Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If an order has been subject to a payment dispute, chargeback, claim, or exhibits indicators of fraudulent or abusive behaviour, the return may not be accepted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Situations where a dispute or chargeback has been opened and resolved against the customer.
• Attempts to return an item after a dispute process has concluded, particularly where the return appears to circumvent the outcome of that dispute.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange in cases involving confirmed disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud, in order to protect against misuse of our returns process.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and verify the item.

If the return is approved, we aim to submit the refund within 1 - 3 working days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be received by us and pass verification.
