30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you purchase your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. New or sealed items must remain unopened, with all seals, tags, and original packaging intact. If the condition of the item has changed, we cannot guarantee a full refund and may offer a partial refund or reject the return.
How to Start a Return:
To request a return, please contact us at operations@vendiapp.com. If your return is approved, we will email you the return address.
You may: Use Royal Mail Special Delivery and pay for the postage yourself (postage costs will be reimbursed once the item is received and verified), or Request a prepaid return label from us.
Shipping Responsibility & Liability
Whether you use your own chosen carrier or a return label provided by us, the return shipment remains your responsibility until it is successfully delivered to us. We are not liable for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. This liability rests with the carrier used for the return shipment. If an item is lost or damaged during return shipping, we are happy to assist with submitting a claim to the carrier, but we cannot issue a refund unless the item is received by us and successfully verified.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and verify the item. If the return is approved, we aim to submit the refund within 1 - 3 working days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be received by us and pass verification.
